EN: Ever since the launch of The Daily Dose, we’ve dedicated one day a week to our favorite drink recipes, the Bubbly Friday. Whether it is a summer cocktail, healthy smoothie, homemade mulled wine or – our personal favorite – a classy glass of bubbly champagne. Today, we wanted to share some impressions from a wonderful champagne tasting at the boutique hotel “Sans Souci” earlier this week. This is basically the essence of what our Bubbly Fridays are all about and we loved getting to explore three different champagnes from the famous house of Ruinart. We started out with a brut, then moved on to a girly rosé and finished with a vintage champagne from 2004. Even though the vintage was by far the most exclusive, we both preferred the taste of the brut. For everyone that would also like to join the champagne tasting, the Sans Souci will be offering it daily starting November 1st. It costs 38€ for the tasting (3 glasses, 0,05l) and 50€ for the tasting + food pairing (6 canapés per person) + 1 extra glass of your favorite champagne from the tasting. Find out more HERE.
