Even though we both aren’t really what one would consider as rocker or biker girls, we love a few pieces that resemble the style to ease our girly and elegant look and to give it a little more edge. A perfect example are biker boots, which we’ve shown you before, but since last year, we also can’t seem to get enough of our beloved (faux) leather pants. They’re super versatile, they keep you warm during winter (when worn with stockings underneath) and add a little something extra to every look. Are you loving leather pants as much as we do?
Vicky is very much of what you would consider a girly girl – but always with an elegant twist. For her version of the leather pants look, she went for a classic grey coat, paired with nude pumps and a silver cross body bag. Electric blue and black are one of those big trends this year, so the sweater matches perfectly with the pants. If you work in a not so conservative field, this could also make for a perfect office outfit on colder days!
What Vicky wore: Topshop Leatherpants, Hallhuber Sweater & Coat, Miu Miu Glitter Pumps, Michael Kors Crossbody Bag
Kathi’s outfit is a bit more on the edgier side: leather pants combined with boots and heavy chains on the bag. She decided mix a few classic materials – a cashmere jumper, a silky blouse and the leather pants. Playing with different textures and materials is a good and easy way of upgrading every outfit, and it also transforms the leather pants into something luxurious. Add heels for a more sophisticated look and you also have a perfect outfit for dinner or a casual party.
What Kathi wore: Hallhuber Cashmere Jumper, Zara Necklace & Blouse, Pimkie Leather Pants, Stella McCartney Bag, New Yorker Boots

I love both looks! And I think you can find really good quality faux leather pants and if you want to go for the “real” deal you can always go for vegetable leather (I didn’t know that existed until last week!), at least in shoes they resemble real leather!!
