Ich finde es allerdings schade, dass ihr sowohl bei den Hotels, als auch jetzt bei den Geschenken nur Vorschläge aufgezeigt habt, die vielleicht für viele eurer Leser völlig außerhalb des Budgets liegen, also für mich als “arme Studentin” zum Beispiel! ;) Vielleicht macht ihr so einen Post wie jetzt ja auch noch mit Alternativen für das weniger gut gefüllte Portemonnaie oder so. Ich würde mich freuen! :)

Ich muss Eva in allem Recht geben. The daily dose ist wirklich wunderschön geworden! Das Design: Hut ab. Allerdings ist auch mir bei Hotels ebenso wie dem Gift Guide aufgestoßen, dass kein gutes Mittelmaß gefunden wurde, vor allem wo die meisten Leserinnen von euch Studentinnen ohne verdienende bessere Hälfte sind. Klar gönnen wir uns auch den ein oder anderen Luxus und wollen das sicher auch auf den Blogs lesen, aber gerade bei Reisen oder Geschenken liegen unsere Budgets doch wirklich bei der Hälfte von dem, was ihr so vorschlagt.
Nichtsdestotrotz freue ich mich auf eine neue Webseite, die zu meinem morgendlichen Leseritual hinzugefügt werden kann!

erstmal danke für die lieben Worte! Wir freuen uns riesig, wenn euch die neue Seite gefällt und wir auf eurer täglichen Leseliste stehen werden ;) Auch für euer Feedback sind wir dankbar, wobei wir finden, dass wir eigentlich eh schon unterschiedliche Preiskategorien berücksichtigen. Bei jedem Gift Guide und auch bei den Reisetipps gibt es leistbare Varianten – siehe der Post über die Sonnenbrillen (wo Modelle von 10 bis 250 Euro zu finden sind) die Etsy Prints für die Gallery Wall, und auch den Tip bei den Hotels (zum Beach Motel mit dem eigenen Van zu kommen und einen Parkplatz zu mieten) – das ist auf jeden Fall für jedes Budget etwas dabei und teilweise sogar extra angemerkt (“Our tip for a smaller budget: ….”).
Und noch eine extra Anmerkung am Rande: Man kann auch als Mädchen allein ganz gut verdienen, dazu braucht man keine “bessere Hälfte”.
