We love texting on our smartphones and are addicted to our email accounts, but nothing beats receiving a handwritten card in the mail! It is definitely something we don’t do often enough, but we think every once in a while we should all take some time to write a sincere thank you note, a sweet birthday card or a “just because I love you” letter to someone special. As you may have already guessed, this week’s Etsy finds are all about that handwritten note. So grab a pen, think of someone that deserves a few nice words to put a smile on their face and start writing.
Mini Heart Confetti by Little Merriments
Even though a handwritten card is already a nice thing to receive in the mailbox, a bit of confetti inside the envelope will add a special, festive touch. We think these mini heart confettis would be perfect for party invites!
Personalized Stationary by Silhouette Blue
Don’t we all dream about some personalized stationary sitting atop our desks? Seriously, if we had gorgeous paper with our name written on it, we’d be writting letters instead of text messaging.
Rubber Stamp “Thanks” by wit and whistle
Pretty cards can be pricey, so why not start a little DIY project? This rubber stamp (under 10€!) would come in handy for some selfmade “Thank You” cards. Our tip: When you make your cards, sprinkle some glitter on the wet paint right after applying the stamp. Girly, cute & inexpensive!
Initial Wax Stamp by Back to Zero
We actually own one of these and are huge fans! Sealing an envelope with a wax stamp is so royal and fancy – we love it!
Gold Foil Note Cards by The Pink Alchemy
Pink & gold is always a good idea, trust us! You know those moments you’re super thankful for that best friend or your sister? Why not write them a girly note to express your appreciation.
Letterpress “Thank You” Cards by Penelopes Press
We have a major weakness for all things letterpress. Combine that with a bit of french and we’re sold! Naturally these letterpress “Thank You” cards went straight into our shopping bags …
Gold Dotted Masking Tape by Washimatta
No matter if you’re working on some DIY cards, making invitations or sealing an envelope – the possibilities of using masking tape are endless and we’re sure you’ll find plenty of ways to make use of some gold dotted tape, right?
