If you stick with us since the beginning, you already know by now that it’s all about the easy (and beautiful) here at The Daily Dose. We don’t want to complicate your life by showing you the most extravagant recipes, we want to make it a little more sparkling and inspire you to enjoy your life by showing you the simple – but also pretty – stuff. Long story short – today’s Bubbly Friday is basically a no brainer – a classical white wine spritzer with a girly twist, brought into the mix by the violet syrup. The color is amazing, a squeeze of lemon will freshen it up a little and the sugar rim adds a beautifully sweet taste. Why go for the extraordinary when the good is not far to seek?

Here is what you’ll need:
– white wine
– baking sugar (for the rim)
– soda
– violet syrup
– lemon
Slice a lemon and moisten the rim of your wine glass. Prepare a bowl with baking sugar, turn your glass around, put it in the sugar and twist it until the rim is fully covered. Pour some wine and syrup into your glass and add the soda. Put a slice of lemon onto the rim as decoration and serve to your friends – you can of course add some ice cubes as well. Enjoy!

Juhuu… ich hatte gehofft, dass Ihr heute einen “No Brainer” raushaut. ;-) Montag wird ein bisschen Geburtstag gefeiert, da gibt’s dann Violet Fizz auf den Tisch. :-)

damit machst du deine Gäste ganz bestimmt happy, und dich auch :) Ist genauso easy vorzubereiten wie ein weißer Spritzer (Weißweinschorle) aber wirkt durch den Veilchen-Sirup gleich doppelt so toll! Wir lieben ihn, den Violet Fizz!
