Before summer finally buzzes off, we want to rekindle some summery feelings (the current weather situation is just perfect for that) with a hint of mango, raspberry and champagne. Every Friday we show you our favorite recipes for easy drinks and yummy cocktails and for today, we decided to throw some ingredients into the blender that will send you off to autumn with a taste of vacation, sun and sea. So gather your friends for one last summer night on the terrace and enjoy your evening with our Mango-Raspberry Fizz!
Here is what you’ll need for this cocktail:
– a blender
– champagne or prosecco
– raspberries (frozen ones also work)
– a bit of brown sugar
Wash the raspberries and peel the mango. Cut the mango and throw into the blender, along with the raspberries and a hint of brown sugar if you like it a little sweeter. Mix everything until you have a finely ground puree. Pour the puree into your glasses and infuse it with champagne or prosecco. Stir it quickly and serve your Mango-Raspberry-Fizz together with some fresh raspberries. For the non-alcoholic version, just take soda instead of the champagne – it’s just as good!
